Greetings to all of you as we welcome the new year of 2025. And I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your hard work and dedication over the past year.

Our association was founded in 1993 and is now entering its 32nd year of full maturity. It has continued to develop amidst many difficulties, challenges and changes, and this is thanks to everyone's passion and love. The successful completion of APMA 2023 under difficult conditions and the successful bid for WPM 2030 last year were most significant. As always, what's done is done, and it's what's done that counts. Rather than trying to do a lot in a short period of time, let's take a good look at the Society's past and try to do a little more for the future.

To do this, we need your active participation and support. Your input will be invaluable to the development of the Society. In the new year, I wish all of our members good health and happiness in their homes. I look forward to a year of research and growth together in 2025 and count on your continued passion and dedication. I look forward to making this journey we are all on together even more meaningful and rewarding.
